• What is the difference between annual and monthly payments?
  All our memberships are annual. The only difference between paying your selected plan monthly or yearly is: if you choose to make one payment a year, you'll get the advantage of a 20% discount. Please remember no matter if you pay your plan yearly or monthly, the high quality of service you get will be the same.
• Is tuPlaza.com available everywhere (nationwide)?
  Currently, tuPlaza.com is only available in the Los Angeles area, but we will soon expand our service to more regions and locations. If your business is located outside the Los Angeles DMA, we invite you to register on our waiting list to notify you when we begin serving your area. Please fill out the form at: [URL]
• Does my business need to have a "physical" address to appear in tuPlaza?
  You can have a busines profile with or without a location (physical address), like an e-commerce or service business. For example, if you sell jewelry or clothing online or are a plumber or a makeup artist who visits customers' homes. You'll need to enter a mailing address for your business for verification purposes. tuPlaza will not show this mailing address on your business profile.
• How frequent are my business's appearances on tuPlaza.com home page, social media accounts, or marketing emails if I choose the Premium Plus plan?
  tuPlaza will mention your business on our home page, social media accounts, and marketing emails at least once per quarter.
• The translations of my business profiles offered in the Premium Plus plan have a limit of 1,000 words. How does this process work?
  Once you have all your profiles ready in English or Spanish, let us know through info@tuplaza.com, and we will gladly translate the text up to 1000 words, and we will provide you the translations done. You can use this option at any time during your yearly subscription. If you need more translations (more than the 1000 original words), we will offer you additional translation packages.
• Can I upgrade my account from Premium to Premium Plus before it expires?
  Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. We will only bill you the difference between the Premium Plus subscription price and any credit you carry from your Premium subscription at the moment of the upgrade.
• How many businesses can I add to my tuPlaza.com account?
  You can enter as many businesses as you want, as long as you are the owner or a representative of the company. If you have over 25 businesses to register or are an advertising agency, please reach us at sales@tuplaza.com to tell you about our Enterprise solutions.
• Can I add multiple locations to my business profile?
  Absolutely! You can add multiple locations for your business. These additional locations must belong to the same business and need to be within the Los Angeles DMA.
• How does the Sponsored Search results work for my business?
  Whenever a consumer searches for a business in tuPlaza.com for the services you offer, your business will appear amongst the top search results.
• What should I do to make my business appear in the tuPlaza.com homepage?
  Subscribe to our Premium Plus offering, and we will feature your business on our homepage, social media, and marketing emails at least once per quarter.
